This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for subscription fees and credit purchases.

Subscription Refunds

Free Trial Period

All new customers are eligible for a free trial period. During this time, you can explore our platform and features without any charges. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team at [email protected].

To be eligible for this refund:

  • The refund request must be made within 30 days of your initial payment
  • This applies only to your first subscription purchase with Vujis
  • The account must not show signs of abuse or misuse of the platform

Subscription Renewals

Subscription renewals are non-refundable. If you do not wish to continue your subscription, you must cancel before your renewal date. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.

Credit Purchases

Credit purchases are generally non-refundable once purchased. Credits are digital goods that provide immediate value and access to premium features such as contact information unlocks and AI research tools.

Exceptions

Refunds for credit purchases may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Technical errors that resulted in duplicate charges
  • Credits were purchased but not used due to a technical issue on our platform
  • Accidental purchase made within 24 hours with no credit usage

Annual and Multi-Month Subscriptions

Annual and multi-month subscriptions are eligible for pro-rated refunds within the first 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, these subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future renewals.

If you cancel an annual or multi-month subscription after the 30-day period, you will retain access until the end of your current billing term, but no refund will be issued.

Enterprise and Custom Plans

Enterprise and custom plans are governed by individual agreements. Refund terms for these plans are specified in your contract. Please contact your account manager or [email protected] for any questions regarding enterprise refunds.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Used credits for contact unlocks, AI research, or other premium features
  • Data exports or reports that have been generated and downloaded
  • API usage fees for completed requests
  • Add-on services that have been delivered
  • Subscriptions beyond the 30-day money-back guarantee period

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your account email, order number or transaction ID, and reason for the refund request
  3. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 7-10 business days
  • PayPal refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days
  • Bank transfers may take up to 10-14 business days depending on your financial institution

Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. Chargebacks can result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your Vujis account
  • Loss of access to data and credits
  • Additional fees to cover chargeback processing costs
